Condo Control Software Rollout July 10, 6-7:30 pm

There will be a second Town Hall for those that cannot make the meeting the Saturday July 8 Townhall, to learn about Condo Control. The Finance & Budget and the Technology Committee Meetings have been cancelled.

In the place of those meeting all residents (owner and renters) are invited to a second chance Town Hall (if you cannot make the first Town Hall this Saturday) for the roll out of Royal Park’s new management software, Condo Control. As with Saturday’s meeting please bring your cell phone and/or laptop. We will have people at the Clubhouse until 7:30 to walk you through all the capabilities of the new system and assist with any log-on issues.

Condo Control Featured Highlights

  • Preregister your visitors via phone or computer app for the gate house
  • Create Service Requests with pictures
  • Receive notifications and updates

Note: you may receive an email on Saturday morning around 9 am with your registration code. Please log on to www.condocontrol.com and register before the meeting if possible. If you didn’t get a notice, please come anyways so we can figure out why
