You’re Invited!

All residents (owners and renters) are invited to a town hall meeting for the initial roll out of Royal Park’s new management software, Condo Control. Please bring your cell phone and/or laptop. We will walk you through all the capabilities of the new system, and assist with any initial log on issues.

Condo Control highlights

  • pre register your visitors via phone app for the gate- house
  • create service requests with pictures
  • receive notifications and updates

Note: you may receive an email on Saturday morning around 9am with your registration code. Please log on to www.condocontrol.com and register before the meeting, if possible.
