Owner/Tenant Orientation

Welcome to Royal Park Condominiums.

The Royal Park Orientation provides new residents with an overview of the Rules & Regulations of the association so that all new residents know prior to occupancy the standards for living at Royal Park.

CAREFULLY READ INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

• Every occupant over the age of 18 must attend the orientation prior to closing & occupancy.
• Orientation is at 7:00 pm on the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of each month.
• Orientation lasts approximately 45-60 minutes.
• Your ID will be required at the orientation.
• In-person orientation is held at the Royal Park Condominium Clubhouse in the Library.
• Virtual Online (ZOOM) will only be done for out of state applicants. You will be emailed the ZOOM invite link 24 hours prior to the orientation. Video is required to be used during the entire orientation.
• No pets are permitted during orientation unless it is a service animal. (Emotional support pets do not qualify as a service animal.)
• No Children under 18 years of age

Once orientation is completed, you or your agent can pick up the Certificate of Occupancy within 7 business days. This document is required by your closing agent/attorney and must be filed with the deed.

Please select only from the dates listed below. If you are not located in the South Florida area, and cannot attend in person, select the date, and enter "Virtual Orientation" in the Comment box below. The virtual (ZOOM) invite link will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to orientation.
Note: Do not schedule same-day orientation without first getting approval from the management office by calling 954.739.6300.
