Monday, June 17, 2024

On Monday, June 17, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting of the Board of Directors shall be conducted. The order of business shall be as follows:

AGENDA

  1. Call to order.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Proof of Notice of Meeting
  4. Establish quorum – Roll Call
  5. Approval of the following minutes from previous meetings:
  1. Board of Directors-May 20, 2024
  1. Treasurer’s Report
  2. Manager’s Report
  3. Motions:
    1. Approve elevator company to complete the modernization project
    2. Approve engineering firm to complete the SIRS, Capital Reserve Study and Milestone Inspection.
    3. Install an ATM at no cost to the association in the clubhouse for 1 year. The surcharge amount on the machine would be set at $3.99 with $1.00 commission to the association per transaction. Pending Legal approval.
  4. Discussion:
    1. Fiber internet benefits and terms. 
    2. Food truck day
  5. New Business
  6. Owner’s comments on agenda items 3 minutes to address.
  7. Adjournment
