On Monday, May 20, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting of the Board of Directors shall be conducted. The order of business shall be as follows:

AGENDA

  1. Call to order.
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Proof of Notice of Meeting
  4. Establish quorum – Roll Call
  5. Approval of the following minutes from previous meetings:
  1. Board of Directors-March 20, 2024
  2. Board of Directors-May 6, 2024
  1. Treasurer’s Report
  2. Manager’s Report
  3. Motions:
    1. Purchase a dumpster caddy for employee safety
    2. Install 32 new LED light fixtures on upper level of stairwells
    3. Purchase 2 Commercial Grade Picnic Tables
    4. Contract with Tenant Evaluation to process all potential new residents application
  4. Discussion:

a. SIRS, Capital Reserve & Milestone Inspection Proposals

  1. New Business
  2. Owner’s comments on agenda items 3 minutes to address.
