1. Call to Order
2. Proof of Notice of Meeting & Establish quorum.
3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting
4. Monthly Financial
   1. Review Financials – Andrew Wilkinson
5. Old Business
   1. Update on Condo Management Software as it relates to the interface with QB and using it as a payment vehicle.
6. New Business
   1. Discussion regarding Reserve Funding including current calculating of Full Funding along with other options like Pool Funding.
   2. Review potential contracts for Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS), Standard Reserve Study and the upcoming 50 Year Milestone Inspection (future).
   3. Review distribution of income and expense budget for each month over the year to reflect the monthly cash flow.
   4. Review income and expense categories to ensure good information will be available for the 2025 budget planning process.
7. Input from owners – each owner is allowed 3 minutes to express their concerns or suggestions.
8. Set Next Committee Meeting Date – Monday, April 8, 2024 – 7:00 PM. This will establish the start of the regular monthly meetings on the second Monday of each month through August up to the start of the 2025 Budget Meetings.
