To All Members:

On November 29, 2021 at 7:00pm in the Royal Park Condominium Apartments Clubhouse, at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL, a Budget Meeting will be held for the purpose of considering and voting on the proposed Budget for Royal Park Condominium Apartments, Inc. for the years 2022, with the proposed reserve schedules with full funding and an alternative Budget with proposed reserve schedule with partial funding. The Board will approve a Budget, but whether there will be full or partial funding of reserves will depend upon whether the unit owners vote in favor of partial waiving of funding of reserves at a Special Meeting of the Members, which will occur immediately following this Budget Meeting.
