  2. Proof of Notice of Meeting & Establish quorum.
  3. Approval of minutes from previous meeting
  4. Monthly Financial
    1. Review Financials – Andrew Wilkinson
  5. Old Business
    1. Payments in Condo Control interfacing with QuickBooks – on hold until reporting connections set up.
    2. Develop requirements and a timetable to move to Pool Funding for Reserves to determine feasibility.
    3. Review sample reports for Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS), Standard Reserve Study and the upcoming 50 Year Milestone Inspection (future). Also discuss a potential timetable.
    4. Redistribution of income and expense budget – on hold until additional details regarding various expenses and potential income are determined. Target date no later than 5/31.
    5. Work with accountant to develop a monthly cash flow planner.
    6. Identify income and expense categories to rename and categories requiring additional breakdowns.
  6. New Business
    1. None scheduled.
  7. Input from owners – each owner is allowed 3 minutes to express their concerns or suggestions.
  8. Set Next Committee Meeting Date – Currently scheduled for May 13th.
