Parking Lot Resealing

On April 15, 2021 the Board of Directors voted to get bids for the sealcoating, relining, and painting of the parking lot and the car bumpers.  This project will hopefully begin in June and will take several weeks to complete, weather permitting.

Residents will be required to move their cars from the designated spaces when that area of the parking lot is being done. Advance notice will be given to so you may plan ahead.

IF YOU WILL NOT BE ON-SITE DURING THIS PROJECT, YOU MUST:

  1. Give your car key to a friend, neighbor or relative in order to move your vehicle.  Provide the front office with the phone number of that person so they can be alerted,
    or
  2. Provide the front office with a key to your car so it can be moved on your scheduled day.

Otherwise, the association will be forced to move your car and then back with a tow truck. Residents will be fully responsible for the cost of the towing.
