Overdue Balances
Unit owners that owe $25 or more to the Association received a notice and were informed any balance must be paid in full by February 14th, 2022 or they would be sent to our attorney for collections.
If you believe there is a mistake, please contact the office.
It would be unfortunate if you were charged legal fees if you have a small outstanding balance. Your account must have a zero balance by February 14th, 2022. There are no exceptions.
