Outstanding Balances Final Notice

If you received a letter from us with an accounting ledger showing you owe the Association any money, it must be paid by Monday, February 14, 2022. Otherwise, your account will be sent to our attorney for collections, and attorney fees will be added to the outstanding balance.

If you think there is a mistake, please contact the Front Office and they will verify and inform you why there is an outstanding balance (i.e., late fees, paid wrong amount, etc.)
