Board of Directors Meeting

Wednesday October 22nd, 2020

Meeting was called to order at 7: 00 PM

36 Residents attended

Deputy Omar discussed Police issues, as who to call for suspicious activities (call 911)

Roll Call:
Present – Jibrael Hindi, James Perigny, Harvey Ross, Walter Wilt-Wright, Carole Wilschke and Armando Meneses
Absent – All Board Members attended
A Quorum of the Board was made & proof of notice was established.

Meeting Minutes from previous meeting: Armando read the minutes from the February 3rd, 2020 Annual Meeting. Motion to approve by Walter, seconded by Jibrael, unanimously approved.

Treasurers Report: Walter read the treasurers report. Harvey motioned to approve, seconded by Jibrael, unanimously approved.

Managers’ Report – Armando read the Managers Report. Main thing is we had to once again clean the lift station, people are still flushing wipes and things that they are not suppose to. We hired a new company to help us with this issue.

Agenda Items discussed:

• Exterminating: Harvey explained we have an exterminating company for the Common Areas and the unit owners are responsible for the interior of their units.
• Entry Gate: Harvey discussed the Entry Gate and Armando mentioned that the Permit has been accepted by the City of Oakland Park. At this time the Gate is being made and will be installed withing two weeks weather permitting.

Motion to adjourn was made by Jibrael Seconded by Harvey, unanimously approved.
