It’s your community and Royal Park is asking you to get involved. Here are three (3) committees that are looking for volunteers to assist with the committee’s scope of work. For more information on each committee, please check out the committees’ charter posted on the Royal Park Condominium website under “Committees” or contact the Committee Chair.
Finance & Budget Committee:
Provide financial oversight to our Association. Monitor monthly financial statements including Reserves to provide findings to our Treasurer, Property Manager and the Board. Assist on preparing and submitting a timely budget to the Board for our resident. Basic understanding of general accounting would be very helpful.

Technology Committee:
Manage and improve technology at Royal Park

Walk-Thru Committee:
The Building Walk Thru Committee is responsible for inspecting our buildings and property for areas that need repair or improvements and reporting those findings to our management office which will address the issue and take appropriate actions to correct the issue.
