b. Development of Procedures Documents – All committee members

c. 2024 Budget Process including budget meeting dates, topics for each meeting, resources needed, Board request, and management needs. The last two items are based on longer term planning resulting in more repair maintenance and preventive maintenance issues. – All committee members

8. Input from owners – each owner is allowed 3 minutes to express their concerns or suggestions.

9. Set Next Committee Meeting Date – Monday, September 11, 2023 – 7:00 PM which will be the start of the budget focus meeting over a several week period.
