The Association received the required votes for Partial Reserve funding in 2022.  The approved 2022 Budget will be posted to the Owner’s Page as soon as it’s updated by our accountant.

2022 Quarterly Assessments are as follows:

  • 1-Bedroom Units: $914.31
  • 2-Bedroom Units: $1,150.93
