    3. Update on proposed development of Standard Operating Procedures
    4. 2024 Budget Process including setting budget meeting dates, topics for each meeting, resources needed. Also, a brief discussion on how to incorporate Board and Management needs and requests so a longer term plan for Budget and Finance can be developed.

  8. Input from owners – each owner is allowed 3 minutes to express their concerns or suggestions.
