    1. Develop strategy for 2025 RPC Budget including SIRS and Capital Reserve Studies.
    2. Discuss accounting system recently approved by the BOD

Develop the process for each of the above items including schedule, required information and participation of committee members.

  1. Input from owners – each owner is allowed 3 minutes to express their concerns or suggestions.
  2. Set Next Committee Meeting Date – Currently scheduled for 9/9/2024.
  3. Adjournment
