On Monday, November 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting shall be conducted. The order of business shall be as follows:

  1. To move the contents of the Royal Park website owner portal to Condo Control, effective in 90 days pending legal approval.
  2. Motion “…Increase estoppel fees to the maximum allowed by Florida statute, from “Standard Service: $175.00 Rush Service: $300.00” to “$250 for standard estoppel request, within 3 days rush an additional $100, additional $150 if unit delinquent, effective immediately pending legal review”
  3. Motion to approve the updated “Fining Review” Committee’s charter and title.
