On Monday, July 15, 2024, at 7:00 pm at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting of the Board of Directors shall be conducted. Open to Unit Owners only. No children permitted. The order of business shall be as follows:

  1. Motion “To hire engineering firm Winningham and Fradley to perform a survey, permit study, and initial drawings of the front entry for a total cost of $10,750, pending legal review of the agreement letter”.

  3. Motion to approve Southern Chute Cleaning Agreement
