On Monday, January 15, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting shall be conducted. The order of business shall be as follows:

  1. Discussions:
  1. 2024 Vehicle Decal Procedure/Distribution
  2. Pool Closing Volunteers
  3. To remove the building directory listing in each building, effective immediately
  4. Elevators: Building 121, etc.
  1. Motions:
  1. To replace current pool vendor DCR Pool Service Co. with vendor Cliff’s Patios and Pools. Pending agreement legal review.
  2. To update estoppel fees to legal maximums, effective immediately.
  3. To make active contracts available to unit owners on Condo Control, effective immediately
  4. Motion to approve proposal from Nouveau Elevator to clean the elevator pits
