NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF
ROYAL PARK CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC.

TO ALL MEMBERS:
On November 30, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Royal Park Condominium Apartments Clubhouse, at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, Florida, a Special Meeting of the Board of Governors will be held for the purpose of considering and voting on Resolutions to levy a special assessment for the purpose of the replacement of four (4) roofs for Buildings 106, 107, 120 and 121 and related expenses. The estimated amount of the special assessment is $1,500,000.00. The amount of the special assessment and the due date(s) for payment will be set at the Meeting.
An identification of agenda items of the Board Meeting is as follows:
1. Call to Order
2. Certify quorum
3. Proof of Notice of Meeting
4. Vote on Proposal to levy special assessment for replacement of four roofs for 106, 107, 120, 121 and related expenses
