BOARD of Directors Meeting

Monday, March 13, 2023

 

On Monday, March 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM at the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting shall be conducted.

The order of business shall be as follows:

AGENDA

  1. Call to order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Proof of Notice of Meeting/Establish quorum.
  4. Approval of the following minutes from previous meetings:

Board of Directors Roofing Bid Meeting -February 20, 2023,

Board of Directors Meeting -February 20, 2023

  1. Treasurer’s Report
  2. Manager’s Report
  3. Communication: Board of Directors Email Addresses, Maintenance App
  4. Approval of Roofing Company to replace roofs on Building 101, 102, 115 & 116
  5. Any future project updates.
  6. New Business- The following motions to be brought forward and discussed:

Motion 1. “To write new regulations and procedures for the use of elevators to transport bulk cargo such as furniture, appliances, etc.  Such cargo needs special delivery vehicles, handling equipment, and usually 2 or more people to affect the delivery. This also includes the permission for these vehicles to enter Royal Park Condominium’s Property.”’

Motion 2.  “To approve the charter of the “Finance & Budge Committee” as a standing committee.”

Motion 3. “To approve the charter of the “Walk-Thru Committee” as a standing committee.”

Motion 4. “To approve the charter of the “Technology Committee” as a standing committee.”

The Chair may entertain additional motions.

  1. Any other new business.
  2. Owner’s comments on agenda items 3 minutes to address.
  3. Adjournment
