Royal Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting shall be conducted.
The order of business shall be as follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Proof of Notice of Meeting/Establish quorum.
4. Approval of minutes from the last meeting, and all unrecorded minutes .
5. Opening, discussion, and evaluation of the bids received to replace the roofs on
buildings 101,102,115, & 116. Conducted with ABE Engineering.
6. Motion to award bid.
7. Motion to post notification of the assessment meeting.
8. Owners’ discussion 3 minutes on this agenda item only!
9. Adjournment.

All Unit Owners are invited to attend this meeting and will be given 3 minutes to address.
