2nd Quarter 2021 Maintenance Fees
The 2nd Quarter 2021 Maintenance Fees are due April 1, 2021.
LATE FEES
After the 10th day of the month due there is a $25.00 late fee automatically added to late payments.
BOUNCED CHECKS
If a personal check is returned for insufficient funds, an additional $25.00 fee applies. An insufficient fund check will also then be late, so total additional fees are $50.00 ($25.00 late fee plus $25.00 returned check fee).
