The Royal Park Condo 2023 Budget Committee is inviting all residents/unit owners to attend the next meeting in-person at the Clubhouse or virtually by ZOOM.  Please find below the Agenda and ZOOM link for the next meeting.

  1. Final Review of 2023 Proposed Budget Expenses
  2. State of the current reserves
  3. Changes to the state statues and their effect on the reserves
  4. Discussion on how to resolve those issues
