On Monday, February 20, 2023, at 7 PM , in the Clubhouse Main Hall, located at 122 Royal
Park Drive, Oakland Park, FL 33309, a meeting shall be conducted.
The order of business shall be as follows:

1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Proof of Notice of Meeting/Establish quorum.
3. Approval of prior meeting minutes
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. . Planning Session for 2023
6. . Communication
– Board of Directors Contact Info
– Residents Written Concerns submission
– Resident Email Addresses
Motion to opt into electronic communications allowed by the Florida Condo Statute.
-Add a check box and the following language to the Royal Park Email Registration Form
{I agree to receive all communications from the Board of Directors of Royal Park
Condominiums, either directly or on behalf of the Association by the current Property
Manager, in electronic format utilizing the email address provided below.
Communications that are required to be provided in hard copy by Florida Statute will
continue to be sent by mail.}.
