Estoppels & Condo Questionnaires

Estoppel Requests 

Owners who are selling their units may have their attorney or title company request an estoppel from the management office.  Royal Park Condos has created their own Estoppel Form. Instructions for obtaining a completed estoppel are as follows: 

  1. Send your request and payment via US Mail or Overnight Delivery to:

  1. You may Fax or Email the Form along with a copy of the check if the estoppel is to be expedited:

Estoppel Fees: 

All estoppel & condo questionnaires should be requested from the Property Manager. All checks should be payable to Royal Park Condominium Apartments, Inc. 

  • $299.00 Standard Request with a ten (10) business day turnaround time 
  • $418.00 Expedited/Rush Request with a three (3) business day turnaround time 

Units in Collection: Added fees are required.  Please contact the Property Manager regarding the fees.  

You may request a refund if the certificate is requested in conjunction with the sale or mortgage of a unit but the closing does not occur. The request for the refund must be in writing and must occur no later than 30 days after the closing date. The refund will be provided within 30 days after receipt of a written request. 

Lender Condo Questionnaires 

Condo Questionnaire Fees: 

  • $175 for Standard Delivery within 10 Business Days 
  • $300 for Expedited Delivery within 3 Business Days

  1. No Open House are permitted.
  2. Lock boxes are permitted to be attached to the Unit’s property.  Lock boxes not permitted to be attached to Association’s property i.e. railings, etc. will be removed by Royal Park Condominium management.
  3. No “sale” signs are permitted on the Royal Park property.
  4. No signage is permitted in the windows or doors of the unit.
