New Social Club page



On the Park Social Club Event has been changed to 4:30p, Wednesday, March 26th due to weather.



As a reminder, the first quarter maintenance fee is due on April 1st, 2014.  Please visit the Maintenance Fee page.  The office will accept checks, money orders, certified or cashier checks, or online PayPal payments, or Automatic Clearing House (ACH) withdrawals.  The office will not accept cash as a form of payment.

Any payments received after Thursday, April 10th will automatically have a $25.00 late fee added to the amount due.  If you have any questions, please contact the office at 954-739-6300.


We are proud to announce the release of our new Royal Park web address: RoyalParkCondos.com.  The new web address will
better serve our association by providing an easier name recognition with our community, neighbors and guests. 

RPCondos.com will still remain active indefinitely and direct visitors to the new address.  At the present time, the existing email
addresses will remain @rpcondos.com until further notice.

The association office will be accepting credit cards hopefully by the end

of the month.  We have discontinued accepting any cash payments permanently as of

Feb 8th and will be discontinuing PayPal at the end of the month until further notice.

Checks and money orders are gladly acceptable forms of payment.

Please dispose of your bulk trash during the hours of 8:00am & 5:00pm.  Please be aware of items that are not accepted in bulk trash such as paint cans, propane tanks, tires and construction debris!

 If you are caught leaving any of the unauthorized items in the bulk trash area you will be fined! Cameras are working so we can identify those violating this rule. If you need to dispose of items in bulk trash call the guard gate or visit the office and someone will open the gate for you. Call security to have someone open the gate for you.  Thank you!
